AI agents · for small business
AI agents that work your front desk and your back office.
We build two kinds of AI agent for small businesses. One sits on your website and answers customer questions, even when you're closed. The other works behind the scenes for you, drafting replies and clearing admin. Both run on your own information, and most go live in about two weeks.
- Customer-facing
Bright Desk
Answers customer questions on your website, even when you're closed.
It sits in the corner of your site as a chat box. A visitor asks what time you shut, or whether you deliver to their postcode, and it answers from the information you've given it. When it can't help, it hands the person to you instead of guessing.
- Answers the questions you get asked ten times a day
- Points visitors to the right page or product
- Takes a name and a message when someone wants to buy
- Hands the chat to you when it's out of its depth
From £750 setup + £99/mo Enquire - Owner-facing
Bright Ops
Handles the admin you keep putting off.
You tell it what you need in plain English. It drafts the reply to that awkward email, pulls the main points out of a long thread, or turns your notes into a quote. You read what it wrote, then decide whether to send. Nothing leaves without you.
- Drafts replies to enquiries in your tone
- Pulls the key points out of a long email thread
- Turns rough notes into a quote or a proposal
- Sorts new enquiries so the urgent ones surface first
From £1,200 setup + £149/mo Enquire
These are starting prices. What you pay depends on how much the agent needs to know and do, so tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote it properly.
How it works
From your content to a working agent.
- 01
Scope
We work out which questions and jobs the agent should handle, and which ones it should leave to you.
- 02
Train
We load it with your own material. Your pages, your FAQs, that pricing PDF you send everyone. It only answers from those.
- 03
Configure
We set how it talks and where it stops. If it isn't sure, it says so and fetches you, rather than inventing an answer.
- 04
Launch
We put it live, on your site or in your inbox, and test it against questions you've actually been asked.
- 05
Improve
We read what people ask it and fix the gaps. It gets more useful the longer it runs.
Why Bright Web
Built like the rest of our work: properly.
-
It won't make things up
It only answers from what you've given it. Ask it something it doesn't know and it says so, then points the person to you. It won't invent an answer to seem helpful.
-
Fast, and it looks like you
The chat box is built to match your site and kept small, so it doesn't drag your loading speed down. It isn't a clunky widget bolted on from somewhere else.
-
You stay in control
For anything that matters, it drafts and waits. You read it and decide. It never sends or promises anything on its own.
-
Yours to keep
It's built on your data and handed over to you. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, you can.
Questions
The things people ask first.
- Where does the agent get its answers?
- From material you give us. Your website, your FAQs, whatever documents you hand over. It only answers from those, so it stays accurate. If something isn't covered, it says so instead of guessing.
- What happens when it doesn't know something?
- It tells the person it doesn't know, and offers to put them in touch with you. You choose how that works, whether it's an email to your inbox or a form they fill in.
- Which one do I need, Bright Desk or Bright Ops?
- Bright Desk is for your customers. It answers questions on your site. Bright Ops is for you, working on admin in the background. Plenty of people start with one and add the other later. If you're not sure, book a call and we'll talk it through.
- Is my data safe, and is it GDPR-compliant?
- Your data stays with your agent and isn't used to train anything else. We're based in the UK and build with UK GDPR in mind. When the agent goes live, we update your privacy and cookie policies so they say exactly what it handles.
- How long does it take, and do I need to be technical?
- Most builds go live in about two weeks. You don't need to be technical. You point us at your content and check the answers it gives. We handle the rest.
