01 What the setup covers
We register or move your domain and point the DNS where it needs to go, then set up email on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with the accounts, aliases and shared inboxes your team actually uses. Email authentication is configured properly, so SPF, DKIM and DMARC are in place and your mail reaches inboxes instead of spam folders. We connect Google Analytics and Search Console so you can see what visitors do. And we check access and permissions, so the right people can get in and old accounts aren't left open. You finish with a written handover documenting each account and how to reach it.
02 What ongoing care covers
The monthly plan is for the small stuff that would otherwise sit on your to-do list for weeks. Adding or removing a mailbox, setting up a forward, changing who has access when someone joins or leaves. We keep an eye on renewals and expiry dates so a domain never lapses by accident, and we're the people to ask when email starts misbehaving or a setting needs changing. It covers straightforward support for a small business. Bigger jobs, like a full migration or a new platform, we quote on their own so you're never surprised by the bill.
03 Yours, and kept simple
Everything we set up belongs to you: the domains, the accounts, the data. We don't hold anything hostage, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you like. Software licences, domain renewals and any third-party fees are billed at cost and stay in your name, so there's no markup buried in a monthly figure. The care plan is a service, not a lock-in.

- Do I own my domain and accounts, or do you?
- You do, always. We set everything up in your name, and the domains, mailboxes and data stay yours. If you ever want to leave, you take it all with you and we help with the handover.
- Do I need a website from you to use this?
- No. The setup and care plan work on their own, whether we built your site or not. If you do want a site or app later, it's already sitting on a tidy foundation.
- What isn't included in the monthly fee?
- The monthly fee covers everyday support for a small business: mailbox changes, access, renewals monitoring and general troubleshooting. Larger migrations, new platform setups and project work are scoped and quoted separately. Software licences, domain renewals and third-party fees are billed at cost.
- Can I cancel the care plan?
- Yes. It's month to month, with no long tie-in. Because everything is in your ownership, cancelling doesn't cost you access to anything. You keep the lot.
